Domus 929Domus magazine issue 929, out now, comes with a map/guide of the 129 best italian contemporary architectures, according to their editorial staff:

Picture number 20 features bastard store and Comvert Hueadquarters, which grand opened last October 24th; project realized by studiometrico. It shows one of my favourite angles, the bastard bowl photographed from beneath.

Supercharged World Premiere Sept. 26th in San Jose

Pete Koff’s documentary Supercharged, the life and times of Tim Brauch will start at Camera 12 in San Jose on September 26th (6:30)… it sounds like is getting big with a two day party, contest and big bands playing.

We are working to premiere here in Milano for late October… and looking for partners to cover all the expenses so that nobody has to pay any ticket. If you are interested show up now.

Something about Lukas

In the Art area of freestyle.ch it has just been published an interview with Lukas Goller. Starting 2009 he put his contribution to the bastard snowboard project.

The itw is in german language but you can see a selection of his works (the one above is for Milano Centrale skateboards)… I can’t understand what is written but I can follow the only link written and I remember Lukas often talks about this: Trailer Park Boys.

Mini combi bowl – Corsico (Milano)

The plan above shows the concrete bowl that is now under construction in Corsico (MI), Italy. The bowl is part of a regeneration project of the Travaglia Park.

Leonardo Oprandi (project manager at LAND) has informed us that all the prefab Concrete elements of this mini combi bowl designed by mamadesignlab have been just delivered on site.
