On Interni 53, special issue attached to Panorama, they just published a review on COMVERT HQ. On the two pages by Anita Martinelli, let alone a couple of tiny mistakes, we can see three nice photos of Giuliano Berarducci. For you, trustee readers of this blog, I believe COMVERT HQ has no more secrets, but in attachment you have the fuori salone guide, which lists events, parties and whatever else is of interest during Salone del Mobile 2009. TSPORT is a magazine about sport and recreational facilities. Inside the issue n° 266 there are three pages about the bastard bowl written by Riccardo Consoli. 

Yesterday we have been very honoured to welcome the visit of Prof. Mario Antonio Arnaboldi, a well known Architect and Professor with a very special relationship with both COMVERT HQ and Bastard Bowl.

On archinfo.it is published an article with the details of the bastard bowl construction, illustrations and a general view of the COMVERT Headquarter project.

Today a group of students of the Laboratorio di Interni (II Year) of the Facoltà del Design del Politecnico di Milano came to visit us and examine the the project of the new COMVERT HeadQuarter (and house of the bastard) they studied on paper.

Mentre sul website di studiometrico sono pubblicati i disegni di progetto del nuovo HQ di COMVERT a Milano, su la Repubblica si parla di come sia sempre più popolare la conversione dei vecchi cinema milanesi.

Today we ordered the last structural components of the bastard bowl that we are building inside the new COMVERT HQ in Milano projected by studiometrico.

Laid on a mt. 15×12 area, the bowl is mt. 1.85 high with two hips, one lowered to 1.50 (the one on the left in the image above), an extension 2.50 high and a corner with elevator 2.10 high (low right). With a lazy radius of mt. 2.50 the bowl is completely made using CAD/CAM technologies applied with knowledge by engineer Marco Clozza of Atelier LC.

The bowl is reserved for recreational use and fun of bastard employees, team and friends.

On Monday 19th of November at 12:15 pm., Lorenzo Bini of studiometrico will hold a lecture on the Cinema Istria trasformation at the Auditorium S8 of the NTNU Architecture University of Trondheim, Norway.

The whole project of the new COMVERT HeadQuarter and bastard offices in Milan will be shown and explained with details for the first time to a larger audience.
