The new Punkreas record is well worth a 4-years wait.
The name of the new album is Noblesse Oblige. Very topical subjects come along with top class collaborations such as Zulù (99 Posse lead voice) and the wind instrument section of the Bluebeaters.

The Punkreas will play old and new songs live on italian stages starting March 3rd when The Noblesse Oblige tour will start.

As they say, we proudly save them the trouble of walking around wearing only underwear.

Tomorrow night the Gazebo Penguins will play at Magnolia in Milano.

I like them a lot and Piter – the guy on the right – is in the band too… he is the man behind most of the bastard’s web code, this blog included.

What is Paratissima?
It looks like FuoriSalone, but less business, less booze, but leaves its mark…

Paratissima is an artistic event in San Salvario in Turin, from 2nd to 6th November, realized outside of the institutional  contemporary art scene. Paratissima takes place every November in the popular neighbourhood  of  San Salvario, in Turin, where spaces such as shops, unfurnished properties, streets and buildings are used to show the works of young artists. But Paratissima is not only this: The event is not just an art exhibition, but is a communal celebration or party which involves music and special events, thus creating an alternative possibility and environment to meet.

So, a whole neighbourhood in Turin will be twisted with music, art, theatre plays and other shows for the whole week. free and open to everyone with no need for a badge or other vip stuff. We’ll be there as a tech support for the Paratissima staff but mostly as happy guests on saturday 5^th night.

This evening Jep will be featured as a guest star at Extreme Playlist, the radio show by Fumaz and Marchino.
At 7 pm, live on Rock’n’Roll radio, he will be suggesting his own extreme playlist, will it hail to rock’n’roll?

Skate e punk is tradition… bastard gladly supports the WIPE OUT SK8 & PUNK festival at Palamedia di Bovisio Masciago (MB) with a burst of bands and the great Adolescents as well as Burning Heads!

The girls at Shedonism couldn’t wait for the official release in fall 2011 of RaGazza Ladra, the collection designed by La Pina for bastard, so they had to swing by the bastard store to admire the entire collection.

And La Pina was physically there for presenting her work. The girls took the opportunity to ask her questions regarding life, work, her passions and obviously the RaGazza Ladra clothing collection.

But Marco Mucig this time is certainly not taking them to Costa Rica to shoot the video for the homonymous song from their new album “Mezze Stagioni”.

The well proven collaboration between Marco and Ex Otago confirms in an actual “feature film”, delicate and dreamy just like their lyrics.

A snow adventure where Costa Rica is an ideal destination, it’s a reminder for where we’re coming from and why we’re going, where we’re going.
