Our Friends Are Our Heroes – Marco Lambertucci

by giuli 8 June 2011

No matter how many hours he slept, how many miles sitting on his ass or how much junk food he had, Marco Lambertucci has the power of regenerating, bust out his claws and kill the spot.

I’m starting to think he might seriously have some adamantium in his body…

“Do you know how big it is??”

Who knows Bauli has heard these words coming out from his mouth many times when he comes back from a huge spot as the one shown in the sequence above.
You’ll find the complete report in 6 issue of A Brief Glance, freshly published. As usual, lots of good pictures fill the pages of the online magazine that celebrates its first birthday.

Many more birthdays ABG!

Daddy Bauli

by giuli 8 June 2011

Marco Lambertucci, a.k.a. The Bauli, has been Jonathan’s daddy for a couple of months now. Visiting him i was delighted with this happy family picture, who would have guessed it?

In beetween his pater familias commitment and his dayjob he still finds time and energies for a casual gap backside flip, one of his first loves.
Then there were (in chronological order only!) the Frontside Flip and Little Jonathan… But the very first love remains Jonathan’s mother and Marco’s companion Antonella.

Vans Shop Riot 2010 European Finals – bastard store 4th place

by giuli 8 June 2011

Bastard store makes it to the Vans Shop Riot european finals once again. This last edition was held at the Wintherthur skatepark in Switzerland on Saturday, October 9th.

Representing bastard store Daniele Galli, Marco Lambertucci and Igor Fardin. The boys skated really good and placed fourth, which is awesome considering the very high level of the contest.
First place goes to ABS, french shop based in Annecy (really impressive!), followed by 50-50, Danny Wainwright’s legendary shop in Bristol, and third place goes to the Austrian 5boro.
Incredible best trick contest, won by Tim Zom with a backside noseblunt down the big rail.

Habitat Skate Contest

by davidelp 8 June 2011

As usual the Street Survival, association that manages the Habitat Skatepark in Arezzo, has held a nice contest.

The park got completely renewed for the occasion with particular care for the street area.

The event was a best trick contest, dividing the competition in 3 rounds, corresponding with the 3 areas of the park. The jackpot of euros 1500 was supposed to be split on 3 best tricks with a price of 500 each. The level of the tricks put the judges in a tough spot, making them change their minds for 6 prizes instead.

Ale Cesario and Adam Walker win in the first area, Cristian Sirica Boccia and Federico Ghigo Borchi win in the second area.

The third area, the most aggressive one, sees Leonardo Tonioli and Marco Lambertucci as winners. Lambertucci seems to be on fire, basically winning a contest every other week. Keep up the good work Bauli!
